This October, IKEA Southampton invites families to enjoy a range of free Halloween-themed activities. On 30th October, children can get creative in their Children's department with a spooky origami workshop, crafting their own Halloween creatures. The fun continues on 31st October with IKEA's Halloween Party, featuring face painting, exciting activities, and a live DJ. Don't miss out — book your spot here.
At Southampton City Art Gallery, children can enjoy two Art for All creative workshops: Spooky Fruit Press Printing (6+) and Clay Pumpkin (5+) making. On 30th October, the gallery team will share printing techniques for children to explore drawing and colour matching to create their own Spooky Fruity relief print.
Then on 31st October and 1st November, children can roll, shape, and play with terracotta clay to craft their very own pumpkins. Afterwards, you can take them home to keep. These sessions last approximately an hour and half. Get your tickets here.

Get ready for a spooky adventure at Tudor House this Halloween! Creep through the historic rooms, meet some friendly spirits, and join in on a whole day of hauntingly fun activities for the whole family. Ghost tours will be available throughout the day where you’ll explore the eerie attic and creepy cellars, hearing spine-chilling tales from their ghosthunters - you might even bump into a ghost or two!
