March

Electronic Music Weekender, 8th9th March 2024

Two unmissable club nights with free DJ Masterclasses for young people in Southampton. Featuring renowned musicians such as Alan Fitzpatrick, James Zabelia, and SophieXJ.

Take That & Olly Murs, 1st – 2nd June, St. Mary’s Stadium

80th Anniversary of D-Day, 6th June, city centre

For the 80th anniversary of D-Day, Southampton commemorates its pivotal role in preparations for the Normandy Landings.

Jerk Jam, 8th June, Pinkmead Farm

Award nominee for the UK's best grassroots festival and best boutique festival, Jerk Jam celebrates the finest of Caribbean food and music.

Pride in the Park, 8th – 9th June, Hoglands Park (FREE)

A colourful celebration of Pride, with two days packed with free entertainment, street food and market stalls.

Southampton Summer Sessions, 13th – 30th June, Guildhall Square

Southampton Street Food Circus: Summer Festival, 5th - 7th July, Crosshouse Car Park

One big weekend of delicious street food, DJs, craft beer, cocktails, and roaming circus acts.

Southampton Thai Festival, 6th – 7th July, Hoglands Park (FREE)

Experience local Thai culture from fresh food and drink to live performances and activities.

SO:FRINGE Southampton Fringe Festival, 11th - 13th July, 6 venues

Southampton International Boat Show, 13th – 22nd September, Mayflower Park

At this 54th edition of this annual event, expect water sports, food and drink, live music and of course – boats!

Craft Beer South, 14th September, The 1865

Enjoy a 15 the South's finest craft beer, real cider, sprits, and artisan wine, all while enjoying some live music and street food.

BBAM! Festival, 28th September, Guildhall Square (FREE)

An annual festival celebrating the vibrant tapestry of Black businesses, arts, and music in Southampton.

A weekend music festival celebrating diverse talents across a variety of unique venues throughout the city.

Christmas Market, November – December, city centre (FREE)

See the city centre transformed into a festive wonderland with glittering lights and alpine chalets with a range of thrilling rides, unique gifts, and food and drink.

Christmas Panto: Jack and the Beanstalk,14th December - 5th January, Mayflower Theatre
