Southampton registry venues

Golden Jubilee Room

For a unique venue with medieval characteristics, try the Southampton registry office. The Golden Jubilee room seats 55 guests and there is a beautiful courtyard and the historical arches make an ideal backdrop for photographs.

The Magnolia Room

If you’re looking something a little more private, there is The Magnolia Room, a smaller, pretty room where you can invite up to 10 guests.

For something more straightforward and intimate, there is the Statutory Office for the happy couple and two witnesses.

Mayors Parlour

High ceilings, polished wooden floors and historic artefacts, The Mayor’s Parlour is a spectacular venue. The floor to ceiling windows fills the venue with natural light making it a perfect setting and great for photographs. A stunning sweeping staircase and balcony offer some more fantastic photo opportunities. The Mayor’s Parlour seats 50 guests.

Idyllic locations and hidden gems

Tudor House Gardens

Tudor House and Gardens is a beautiful venue to host your special day. The Georgian Room is bright and spacious and has gorgeous views overlooking the gardens. The Georgian room can seat 35 people. 

If you are looking for something a bit more atmospheric and unique, the Banqueting Hall has a large mullion window, Tudor fireplace and minstrel’s gallery. This space can seat 35 people.

Inside Westgate Hall

Add to history by celebrating your special day in Westgate Hall. Located by the waterfront, this 15th century hidden gem is a truly unique venue for your ceremony. Recently restored and now beautifully decorated, is a picture-perfect setting that can easily accommodate up to 74 guests.

Southampton art gallery wedding room

The Southampton City Art Gallery is a sought after space to tie the knot, and you can see why! Surrounded by beautiful paintings, sculptures and impressive stone features as well as the natural light flooding through large arch windows. This is a truly unforgettable location for you and your partner to enjoy!
