Westquay Shopmobility

Westquay Shopmobility service provides a range of motorised and manual wheelchairs that can be hired for £7 per day to make getting around the centre that bit easier. It’s available for anyone who needs help with mobility – young or old, whether the disability or injury is temporary or permanent.

The dedicated Shopmobility centre at Westquay is located Level 0, Westquay North.

It’s available Monday - Friday from 09:15 to 16:00 (excluding Bank Holidays). The centre is closed on Saturdays and Sundays.

On your first visit you will need to register and provide 2 forms of ID, please bring this with you. The ID needs to be one with an address and one with a signature. Staff will be on hand to help register you.

Westquay also provides disabled parking spaces with easy access to the centre – see here for more information. Plus you’ll find accessible toilets and lift access to all shopping levels.
