Westquay Shopmobility

Westquay Shopmobility service provides a range of motorised and manual wheelchairs that can be hired for £5.50 per day to make getting around the centre that bit easier. It’s available for anyone who needs help with mobility – young or old, whether the disability or injury is temporary or permanent.

The dedicated Shopmobility centre at Westquay is located Level 0, Westquay North.

On your first visit you will need to register and provide 2 forms of ID, please bring this with you. The ID needs to be one with an address and one with a signature. Staff will be on hand to help register you.

Westquay also provides disabled parking spaces with easy access to the centre – see here for more information. Plus you’ll find accessible toilets and lift access to all shopping levels.
