Take time out for yourself, switch your phone off and slow down at this creative group for grown-ups. Each month artist and teacher Sarah L Goy will guide you to discover different media in a relaxing and exploratory way. All are welcome and all materials are provided. The focus of these sessions is rest, relaxation and permission to experiment!These sessions last two hours and start at either 12:30pm or 2:45pm.This summer’s session dates are Saturday 25 May, 22 June, 27 July.
