Southampton Biodanza

In Biodanza we give to each other what may be one of the most nourishing of human values - our embodied presence. Beautiful music will impulse you to want to express yourself, exercises remind us of the illusion of separation - as living beings we have bonds of connection and there is richness in our individual expressions of life. The Biodanza session creates feelings of warmth, togetherness, liberation and sensitivity.The Bitterne United Reformed Church Hall is a hidden treasure in Bitterne. Your facilitator Jono will demonstrate exercises, where no previous dance experience is necessary.
