Looking at Landscape: A Tour with Tim Craven

Join us in the Gallery to find out more about some of the artworks currently on display, including artwork by Barry Flannagan, Tony Cragg and Ian Hamilton Finlay. Having focused on figurative sculpture depicting the human form last month, former Curator Tim Craven will this time explore 3D works connected to the idea of landscape and the natural world. Expect a mix of art history, anecdotes of acquisition, collection management and conservation. This informal tour will last around an hour including opportunities for questions. Our usual stair access to the gallery is closed because of the ongoing building works, so we will meet in the foyer at 2.15pm and make our way to the Gallery from there.
