Southampton's Easter Trail, 28 March - 12 April, City Centre (FREE)

Easter Market, 4 April, Southampton City Art Gallery

Songkran Thai New Year, 11 April, Westquay (FREE)

Circus Extreme, 17 - 26 April, Mayflower Park

The Tacover Taco & Tequila Festival, 2 - 3 May, St Mary's Stadium
Celebrate Cinco de Mayo in Southampton as Europe’s biggest Taco & Tequila Festival arrives, bringing Mexican-inspired street food, live entertainment and a lively fiesta atmosphere. Expect tacos, tequila tastings, mariachi music and interactive challenges, alongside a vibrant craft market and more to explore.
ABP Southampton Marathon Festival, 3 May, City Centre
Join thousands of runners and spectators on Sunday 3 May for the newly renamed ABP Southampton Marathon Festival. Take on the 5K, 10K, half or full marathon and enjoy some spectacular sights of the city from St. Mary's Stadium to the Itchen Bridge. For the first time, the start line has moved to the iconic port at Dock Gate 8 where runners and spectators will be delighted with a special spitfire flypast on race day. The weekend will also feature a Music Moves Stage, offering a range of workshops and activities to get you moving, plus a Marathon After Party for those who want to round off the weekend with music and celebrate the day’s achievements. Wanderlust Festival, 23 - 24 May, Heartbreakers, Joiners & The 1865

Playing The Field, 23 - 24 May, Silverlake Stadium
Playing the Field delivers a full weekend of live music and festival atmosphere in Southampton. Saturday is made for all ages, combining fairground rides, circus acts and live bands, while Sunday goes adults-only with back-to-back sets, electronic sounds and late-night energy across two stages. Let's Rock Festival, 6 June, St Mary's Stadium
After a two-year break, Let’s Rock Southampton returns in 2026 with an unmissable day of retro anthems, big-name acts and a buzzing, family-friendly atmosphere. Acts include Sister Sledge, Heaven 17, T-Pau and many more with more to be soon announced. Learn more here.

Southampton Summer Sessions, 12 - 27 June, Guildhall Square

Turner Sims Summer Family Day, 14 June, Turner Sims (FREE*)
A day of music-filled activities and events at Turner Sims, with something to inspire visitors of all ages. Enjoy drop in craft workshops, face painting, music making and live performances. The event is free to enter, though some activities require a purchased ticket to take part.
Race For Life, 20 June, Southampton Common

Music In The City, 12 - 13 September, city wide (locations TBC)
Southampton's largest multi-venue music venue returns this September to celebrate the talented local bands, singers and musicians across the region.
