Events can resume across the country, in both indoor and outdoor settings. Some events may use the NHS Covid Pass (as Government guidance advises) whilst some may ask you to sign in via the NHS Test & Trace App. Please check the policies at each event before booking and we recommend you take your face covering and hand sanitiser to events in case you need them.

Wearing face coverings

KLC 7740

From 19th July, it is no longer a legal requirement to wear a face covering, however, some businesses may ask you to wear your face covering (unless exempt) when moving around the venue or in a busy place i.e when moving around a restaurant or in a shopping centre on a busy day. Members of staff may also choose to wear face coverings to help keep themselves and others safe.

Social distancing

P6220004

From 19th July all remaining rules on social distancing will be lifted. However, the Government advise thinking about limiting contact with others and think about how you interact with those who you do not usually spend time with, i.e people in a shop or cinema. Please remember the risk of close contact may be greater for some more than others. You can read more information on the changes in Step 4 here.

Getting tested

Corona test 6120447 1920

Testing twice a week will help make sure you don’t have COVID-19, reducing the risk to those around you. Rapid lateral flow testing is now available free to anybody without symptoms. You can get your tests from pharmacies, testing sites, employers, schools, colleges and universities. You can also order tests to be delivered to your house. Find out more and order your tests here.

Please remember, if you have any symptoms of COVID-19 you should continue to get a PCR test - book one here.
