FULL TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR THE SO THIS IS CHRISTMAS SOCIAL MEDIA 2020 COMPETITION SERIES

The below will apply to all social media Christmas prize competitions between 1st December 2020 and 25th December 2020 

1)The prize competition is open to people aged 18 and only one entry per person.

2) Participants can enter by answering the relevant question on the Visit Southampton Facebook post correctly in the comments. If the answer is incorrect you will not be entered into the prize draw.

3) Winners will be picked at random for each of the prize competitions once the selected competition has finished. Any entries after the closing date will not be counted. 

3)The winner will be announced on a separate post on the Visit Southampton Facebook channel. The winner will be prompted to direct message us for further details or we will contact them via the Visit Southampton Facebook channel. 

4) By entering the prize draw you agree to your name and Facebook account to be shared on the Visit Southampton Facebook page (this will only be shared if you are a winner).

5) Your name, email address and contact number will be passed over to the participating businesses from GO! Southampton (the official promoter). 

6) It will then be the responsibility of the winners to claim their prizes from the businesses unless otherwise stated below. If the winner does not respond within 48 hours another winner will be picked. 

7) All prizes are non-transferable and non-refundable.

8) Due to the current COVID-19 outbreak, dates and times are subject to change. 

9) There is no cash alternative for each prize.

Tickets have no cash value so cannot be refunded or exchanged for another date. 

IKEA - £50 Gift Card (CLOSED) 

Gift cards can be used at any IKEA store in:
Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Czech Republic, Croatia, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, Italy, Ireland, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Russia, Slovakia, Spain*, Sweden, Switzerland and the UK.

^{*With the exception of the stores in Lanzarote, Tenerife, Mallorca and Gran Canarias.}

• The minimum value needed to activate an IKEA Gift Card is £1 and the maximum value that can be stored on an IKEA Gift card is £500.
• To check the balance of any Gift or Refund card(s), visit or call any IKEA store.
• No cash change will be given on purchases made using a Gift or Refund card(s).
• Gift cards cannot be returned or refunded, except in accordance with your legal rights. The balance cannot be converted into cash.
• The value on the card(s) cannot be used to pay credit card or IKEA Business account balances.
• The balance on the card(s) can be controlled at any IKEA store, or by the phone via the Contact Centre.
• The card(s) remain the property of IKEA UK and Ireland Ltd, and may not be tampered or interfered with, without our consent.
• Gift card(s) can be used as a complete or partial payment in all the above IKEA stores including online.
• There are no limitations on how many times a card(s) can be used (until the balance is £0.00).
• The card(s) have no expiration date.
• If card(s) are found, please return to the nearest IKEA store.
• If the gift card is used in other countries, a currency conversion fee will apply. At this point, the fee is 3%.
• IKEA is unable to replace card(s) if lost or stolen.

The discount card prize will be loaded with 1x £50 off discount valid for 1 year. The T&Cs for the discount card are as follows:

1. Discounts on this card can be redeemed against one full price item in UK & ROI schuh shops & online at www.schuh.co.uk and www.schuh.ie.

2. Monetary cards can only be used where the currency with which they are charged is legal tender.

3. If the card is loaded with more than one discount, each individual percentage or monetary amount can only be used towards one pair of shoes.

4. Change cannot be given and any unused monetary balance will be forfeited.

5. Discounts cannot be combined or used in conjunction with any other offer.

6. Each amount on a multiple use card is valid for one calendar month.

7. If purchased items are returned, discount balance will be lost and will not be reissued.

8. Please treat this card as cash - we cannot replace or reimburse the balance if it is lost or stolen.

• Prize valid for 3 months from date of registration. 
• This pass is transferable and must inform HPY Southampton by 31st December 2020 if doing so. 
• 1st class registration must be made before 15th January 2021. 
• Strap has to be collected at the pod.
