Breath work or Pranayama is one of the most significant aspects of yoga. Breath according to the yogic tradition has a direct impact on your mind, thoughts emotions and energy around you and is the one link between your physical body and the consciousness within.
This workshop aims to offer a practical understanding of human body and mind according to the yogic tradition, six main types of breathing techniques, and hands-on practice sessions of the breathing techniques.
