Yoga is not for profit, Our goal is to promote a Healthy Lifestyle using Yoga as an integral part. We try and make Yoga accessible to everyone in the community.
Yogic techniques improve health and well being, as seen and proved on the tv programme 'Trust me I'm a doctor', series 9, episode 5 (available on iplayer). Yoga can also aid weight loss/control and improve Health in mind, body and spirit.

Fitness and flexibility are by-products of Yoga and not the goals.
