This recipe has spiced nuts, whisky and dark chocolate for an adult twist. You'll also learn how to make a boozy ganache for the bark and make a rich caramel cream filling. You will then decorate your roulade with more chocolate and get to take your creations home to show off in front of friends and family this festive season.
