We willl explore various meditation and relaxation techniques, drawn from different traditions (Sivananda, Satyananda, Vipassana), and designed to increase the ability to focus, reduce stress and curb reactivity to ones negative thoughts and feelings. The aim of this workshop is to provide you with a bag of tools that will enable you to develop your own home practice further.
