Health Walk at Central Library (Warm Welcome)

These weekly walks start from Central Library in the Civic Centre and are supported by Sustrans and our Macmillan library volunteers who can offer support whilst taking a gentle 45 minute stroll around Central Parks.

The health walk not only offers support to individuals, but aims to encourage physical activity in a safe and supportive environment, while incorporating mindfulness as a tool to assist with stress.
