Susanna Avery-Quash will join past and present conservators from Southampton and The National Gallery to find out more about their role in looking after historical paintings in Southampton City Art Gallery, focusing on scientific examinations, conservation treatments and framing.

It is a chance to share and celebrate a wonderful and unique story of an abiding and fruitful partnership between Southampton and London.
