Watch the band work through new material as well as give classic numbers a spin.Don't miss out!The Belgarum Big Band is an exciting contemporary jazz ensemble with its roots very much steeped in the big band tradition. Its members include alumni from top institutions including London’s Royal Academy of Music, Royal College of Music, and Berklee College of Music (USA), and have performed frequently with UK jazz luminaries such as Gilad Atzmon, Alan Barnes, Andy Sheppard, Steve Waterman, Bobby Wellins, and many more.In the short time since its inception in 2015, the BBB has become known for giving eclectic and energetic performances which survey some of greatest big band music from the 1950s to the present day. Equally at home whether playing classic Basie and Buddy Rich charts or exploring more contemporary material by Pat Metheny, Eric Harland and others, this band is not to be missed!
