Veganuary: Where To Eat In Southampton

Last year more than 250,000 people pledged to take part in Veganuary with even more expected in 2020 to take on the challenge to try a solely Vegan diet throughout January.

Hundreds of retailers, restaurants and bars are joining in to provide lots of vegan options, making it easier than ever to sign up and give it a go!

For many, the aim of Veganuary is to kickstart the year in a healthier, cleaner way but it was originally started in 2014 as a way to promote and educate people about veganism and choosing a vegan lifestyle.

If you are taking part in Veganuary and need some foodie inspiration or have yet to start but fancy changing it up, then Southampton has some great options for you. Here are just a few of the places offering something deliciously vegan this month.

Many eateries in and around Southampton have launched a new Vegan menu especially for Veganuary. Why not try Ennio’s for some simply Italian cuisine or Tapas Barcelona for some Spanish bites? Or spice it up a bit and head to Thaikhun for their Vegan Specials?
