Last year nearly half a million people pledged to take part in Veganuary with even more expected in 2022 to take on the challenge to try a solely Vegan diet throughout January.
Hundreds of retailers, restaurants and bars are joining in to provide lots of vegan options, making it easier than ever to sign up and give it a go!
For many, the aim of Veganuary is to kickstart the year in a healthier, cleaner way but it was originally started in 2014 as a way to promote and educate people about veganism and choosing a vegan lifestyle.
